2019 will host the first Early camping arrival on Thursday 30th May to set up camp from 4pm. Thursday evening will also host the opening party in the Secret Gin Garden. To purchase this upgrade please visit the ticket page. Thursday camping upgrade will need to be brought in conjunction with a weekend camping ticket.
Please note the main site will open Friday 31st May at midday.
Getting to Scorrier House couldn't be simpler. The nearest train stations are:
Redruth Train Station - 10 minute taxi ride
Truro Train Station - 15 minute taxi ride
Or by car, simply follow the directions on the map or use the address Scorrier, Redruth TR16 5AU for Sat Nav. SAT NAV often gets it wrong to Scorrier house, so once you get close, simply look for festival signs and head for the main entrance.
Tickets are non-refundable. You are free to sell your tickets, but you need to let us the name of the new ticket holder so that we can make changes on our records. Please email us using the contact page and quote your booking reference.
To stay on site overnight on any given night, Weekend camping tickets must be purchased for each person staying. Any vehicle being slept in overnight will also need a valid campervan or motorhome pitch (depending on the size of vehicle), which must have been purchased on this website. All occupants of the vehicle must also have weekend camping tickets. Camping tickets are for the whole weekend. Camping tickets are not available on a per night basis. Tickets are not refundable.
Campervans and campers can arrive from 10:00 on Friday to park and pitch tents.
The festival starts at midday on Friday and runs through to 02:00. Gates open again at 09:00 on Saturday and close at 02:00.
On Sunday gates open at 09:00 and close at midnight
There will be a vigilant security team operating within the festival, searching bags, checking vehicles and monitoring the site with CCTV. There is zero tolerance for antisocial behaviour and the use of any illegal substances. No glass is allowed on site.
A robust fencing and security entrance system will be in operation.
When you buy your ticket online, an E-ticket will be emailed to the email address you provided.
Simply print this out and bring your E-ticket print out to the entrance of the festival with ID, where it will be exchanged for wristband(s) anytime from 11am Friday 31st May . Wristband collection will be available for the entire duration of the event
If you have bought an E-ticket with your credit card details and have given it to someone else, simply drop us an email to let us know their name and we will make sure that person can gain access.
If there are multiple people booked under one ticket order that are arriving at different times, just print the same E Ticket off for the individuals and our box office staff will check people in separately from the same order.
Food can be brought into the camping areas. No food or drink is to brought into the main festival arena at all. We have a huge selection of food and drinks within the site to choose from.
Bringing alcohol into the festival area is strictly prohibited, however, a small amount for personal consumption is allowed within the campsite. Up to one crate of beer or one bottle of spirits, or two bottles of wine per person per weekend camping ticket. No Glass allowed, anywhere.
Our security team will be checking for glass containers and will confiscate any alcohol that is deemed to be more than for personal consumption.
Cars can come and go throughout the day. Access is allowed in and out of the festival at all times so long as wristbands are worn.
Camping vehicles, please bring plenty of your own water. The water and showers are supplied in the main campsite which is approximately a five-minute walk from the campervan area.
Camping includes Sunday night, we ask that everyone vacates by midday on Monday. Campervan, motorhome and caravan awnings are accepted but must fit within the allocated pitch size of 5x3m for a campervan or 8x4m for a motorhome/caravan.
Tents are NOT permitted in the caravan/motorhome/campervan areas. The festival is a very short walk from the parking and camping area, approximately a three minute walk.
There is a family camping area, separate from the main camping area. Tents are restricted to the camping area only and are not allowed next to vehicles in the car park or campervan area.
The camping field is directly next to the car park so it is not far to walk with your tent/belongings.

People are free to come and go from the festival over the weekend, providing wristbands are worn at all times.
No fires or BBQs are allowed in the campsite. Gas stoves are allowed.
No alcohol or glass to be brought onto the site.
Camping is only available as a weekend option. Day ticket holders must vacate the site when the festival closes at midnight.
To upgrade to a camping ticket, you can pay the difference in price on arrival at the box office.
No dogs or other pets allowed at the festival or in the campsite or in vehicles in the parking areas.

Festival is on short grass on firm land, please be aware that ground conditions can change depending on the weather. We will keep all customers updated on our social media platforms. Disabled access toilets will be provided.

We will have a tent at the festival and will be giving away free subscriptions to those that have lift-shared to the event.
If you are driving to the festival and would like to find people to share the journey and the costs. Of if you are looking to get there without a vehicle you can offer or a request for a lift through the event in the Great Estates group.
By lift-sharing, you will Be reducing emissions and congestion around the site. And hopefully, meet new people and make new friends.
No, Due to Health and Saftey we can not permit the use of Drones during the festival and on the site.
Please note, when purchasing a youth ticket you will need to be accompanied by an Adult paying ticket holder, to be allowed into the festival.
The festival has the right to refuse entry to any youth ticket holder who does not have an Adult paying ticket holder with them.
Due to Licensing conditions, this will strictly adhere too.
